In 2020, mother and ex-wife, Melanie, came to us because her ex-husband and father of their child was being abusive to their son. After hiring and confiding in us, Melanie has now been granted 100% timeshare with her child, and the father is only allowed supervised visits. Melanie has shared with Zager Law that she no longer lives in fear and can sleep better at night now knowing her child is safe. She no longer feels she needs to worry incessantly about her son being in an abusive, unhealthy environment.
